Last Christmas I created some light-up shadowboxes of a nativity scene. People absolutely loved them. With all the recent markets we have been attending and with all the new customers who we have been able to reach, we decided it was time to expand the store to include more of these types of crafts. As someone who loves to learn many different crafts, this was perfect for me because it meant getting to refine my skills with something new.
The first shadowbox is a family tree. I come from a big family and the bonds that I have with my family across the country and across the world are strong. From my immediate family to all my extended family I understand how much those connections mean. This light-up shadowbox features a tree representing the many branches of a family and is customizable to say your family name or a simple “Love is”
The second design is a compass symbolizing how our fathers guide us on the right path. They are our mentors, our teachers, our coaches, and our navigators through life. With Father’s Day approaching what better way to remind your father how important he is to you than with one of these light-up shadow boxes personalized with his name.
